Yin Yoga Training

This 30 hour yin yoga teacher training with Jaspah offers a comprehensive exploration of yin yang theory, TCM 5 element theory, physical and energetic anatomy, yin meditation, and the tools and techniques needed to effectively practice and teach yin yoga.

Designed to support both yoga teachers interested in teaching yin yoga, and dedicated students looking to dive deeper into their own practice, the 3 day course provides a comprehensive and diverse experience including practices, lectures, group work, and teaching opportunities that will you feeling confident and inspired.

Curriculum

Yin Yang Theory
TCM 5 Elements Theory
Energetic Anatomy (meridian theory)
Physical Anatomy (with a focus on fascia and joint mobility/flexibility)
Yin Meditation
Yin Postures & Props
Sequencing and Supporting a Yin Class

Can I teach yin yoga after this training?

Provided you have already completed a 200 hour teacher training program and have your insurance and first aid – absolutely!

Do I have to be a yoga teacher to do this training?

No! Anyone with an interest in yin yoga can complete this course.

Does this count toward the GSY 300hr Teacher Training

Yes! This counts as 30 hours of your 300 hour teacher training.

CANCELLATION POLICY

20+ days before course start date: 80% refund (excludes $100 admin fee)
10-20 days before the course start date: 50% refund (excludes $100 admin fee)
5-10 days before the course start date: 25% refund (excludes $100 admin fee)
0 – 5 days before the course start date: No refund

If for extenuating circumstances you are unable to complete the course once you have commenced, the best course of action will be assessed on a case by case basis.
